Fhernando.com is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page.
In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

Fhernando.com orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). For security reasons, Fhernando.com will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.
From time to time (In certain seasons), Fhernando.com runs free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up Fhernando.com newsletters. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page. (Only applies to deliveries to France and Mexico).
Orders will be sent within 1 - 2 business days after purchase (does not apply to pre-ordered products such as physical albums).

The estimated shipping times will be calculated according to the shipping service and the delivery location of the order.
Fhernando.com provide the tracking numbers, between 1 - 3 days after the order is placed. Once your order has been sent, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. It will contain a tracking number so you can track your order to your door.
Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. this will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email.
Fhernando.com is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Fhernando.com is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.
Fhernando.com will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.
Fhernando.com recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. Fhernando.com is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which Fhernando.com makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
